Return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the booking process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the Booking has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy -

Corbett Online Booking believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an booking.
  • There is no cancellation of booking placed under the Same Day.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those booking that the Corbett Online Booking marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Corbett Online Booking does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items eatables etc.

Refund Policy -

Free cancellation, if booking is cancelled 14 days before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation 40% of the total price of the reservation shall be charged. In case of No –Show 100% of the total price of the reservation shall be charged.

Check In/Out Policy:

Standard Check In/ out time is 12.00 noon/ 10:00AM.. However early check in or late checkout can be provided as per availability.
