1. Cancellation Request Window

All cancellation requests must be made within 72 hours of booking. We do not accept cancellation requests for bookings made on the same day or for special festive period bookings.

2. Refund Eligibility & Charges

  • If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival – Full refund.
  • If cancelled within 14 days of arrival – 40% of the booking amount will be retained.
  • No‑shows: 100% of the booking amount will be retained.

3. Non‑Refundable Services

Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and Elephant Safari bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled once confirmed.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 10 – 15 working days for payments made via credit/debit card. For UPI or bank transfer refunds, processing will take up to 3 working days.

5. External Factors & Risk Disclaimer

Bookings may be affected by weather, wildlife conditions, or administrative changes. In such cases, changes or cancellations may occur and we are not responsible for refunds due to such external factors beyond our control.

6. Price Changes

Any increase in permit fees, taxes, or travel-related charges after booking confirmation may be passed on to the customer as additional cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, delays, or inconvenience caused by natural events or external decisions. All use of services is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be addressed in the courts of Ramnagar or Nainital, Uttarakhand.
