These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of corbettonlinebooking.com and the safari booking services provided by Corbett Online Booking ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting a booking inquiry or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1 About Our Services

Corbett Online Booking is an authorised facilitation service for Jim Corbett National Park safaris, including:

• Jeep safari permits for all zones (Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Sitabani, Durga Devi, Dhikala)
• Canter safari bookings for the Dhikala zone
• Dhikala Forest Rest House and other forest lodge stay bookings
• Customised wildlife tour packages

All permits are subject to availability as governed by the Uttarakhand Forest Department. We do not guarantee availability of any specific zone, date, or vehicle type.

2 Booking Process

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed advance payment
• A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email/phone within 24 hours of payment
• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) is mandatory for all visitors at the park gate
• The names and ID numbers submitted at the time of booking must match the IDs presented at the entry gate — no changes are permitted after permit generation
• Children below 5 years are generally permitted free of charge; please confirm at the time of booking

3 Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable government fees and taxes unless stated otherwise
• Safari permit fees are set by the Uttarakhand Forest Department and are subject to revision without prior notice
• Vehicle charges, guide fees, and park entry fees are included in our quoted package prices
• Any additional charges incurred at the park (e.g., camera fees, extra stops) are payable directly by the guest
• Payment can be made via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, or bank transfer

4 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation Notice	Refund Amount
15 or more days before safari date	90% refund (10% processing fee retained)
8 – 14 days before safari date	60% refund
4 – 7 days before safari date	30% refund
Within 3 days of safari date	No refund
No-show on the day	No refund

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5 Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original safari date
• One free rescheduling is permitted; subsequent changes are subject to an administrative fee of ₹500
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
• Government permit fees are not transferable to a new date once generated

6 Park Rules & Guest Responsibilities

All visitors must comply with the rules of Jim Corbett National Park and the Uttarakhand Forest Department:

• Plastic bags, single-use plastics, and outside food are strictly prohibited inside the park
• Guests must arrive at the designated gate at least 30 minutes before the scheduled safari time
• Loud music, flash photography, and disturbing wildlife are prohibited
• Exiting the vehicle inside the core zone is strictly forbidden
• Alcohol and smoking are prohibited inside the park
• Children must be supervised at all times

We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are visibly intoxicated or who behave in a manner that is dangerous to themselves, other guests, wildlife, or our staff. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7 Force Majeure & Park Closures

Jim Corbett National Park is closed annually for monsoon (typically mid-June to mid-October, dates vary by zone). Safaris may also be cancelled or restricted due to:

• Forest Department orders or park closures
• Extreme weather conditions, flooding, or natural disasters
• Wildlife emergency or conservation requirements
• Government-imposed restrictions or national emergencies

In such events, we will offer a full reschedule or, where possible, a refund of our service fees. Government permit fees remain non-refundable per Forest Department policy.

9 Limitation of Liability

Corbett Online Booking acts as a facilitator between guests and the Uttarakhand Forest Department / local service providers. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during the safari or park visit
• Actions or negligence of third-party drivers, guides, or accommodation providers
• Delays caused by forest authorities, road conditions, or wildlife
• Denial of entry by forest authorities due to guest's non-compliance with regulations

Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the specific booking in question.

10 Website Use

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Corbett Online Booking and may not be reproduced without written permission

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.

12 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
