Jeep Safari In Jim Corbett National Park for Patiala visitors

From the Chaos of Patiala to the Wilderness of the Jungle: The Ultimate Jim Corbett Safari Guide

Are you sick of the congestion, the commotion, and the city life in Patiala?

It’s time to switch the city lights for the chirping of the Spotted Deer. It’s time to escape the skyline of Patiala for the green Sal trees of Jim Corbett.

Welcome to Corbett Online Booking. We are a resident tour operator in Ramnagar (Jim Corbett), but we specialize in welcoming visitors visiting specifically from Patiala. We know that when you come this far, you don't just want a "ride"—you want an adventure.

Whether you are arranging a holiday excursion or catching a transport to get to us, here is your ultimate guide to booking the ideal Jeep Safari.

The Route: Getting to Us from Patiala

If road tripping: The drive from Patiala is picturesque but can be lengthy. We recommend starting early to get to Ramnagar by lunchtime.

If coming by Rail or Flight: Once you get to Ramnagar Station or Pantnagar Airport, don't bother about local transport. We can organize a car to take you straight to your resort or the jungle entry.

  • Tip: The recommended plan for folks from Patiala is usually a weekend package to increase your luck of spotting the Tiger.

Common Questions for Patiala Travelers

Q: Can I drive my personal vehicle (SUV/Sedan) inside the park?
A: No. Personal cars are not permitted in the main zones (Bijrani, Dhikala, etc.) for security. You must move into our registered Gypsy.

Q: We are a group of 8 people from Patiala. Can we fit in one Jeep?
A: The forest rule is 6 adults + 2 children (below 12 years) per Gypsy. If you are 8 adults, you will strictly need to hire two Gypsies.

Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: Since you are traveling all the way from Patiala, you cannot chance "walk-in" bookings. Slots get booked weeks in advance. We advise booking at least 30 days prior to your arrival.

Q: Is it safe for kids?
A: Absolutely. Jim Corbett is one of the safest tourist destinations in India. Our drivers are verified professionals who focus on your safety.
